the staff were very friendly . they offer free snacks and refreshments all day long. it's a short walk to the train station so traveling was easy.
the air conditioning did not work in the first room. a second room was offered, but it also lacked working air conditioning. it was hot.

I found snacks available any time, great when I arrived late. The staff were helpful. They allowed some friends to join me for a meal, and helped answer some questions I had. The location worked well for accessing transport links when needed, very useful for my work trip. I really appreciated the lounge with free tea and coffee. It provided a chilled space for a working break.
The bed's headboard seemed quite old. It was coming apart slightly.
